“I punch him hard in the mouth. But it’s like he sees it coming before I do, because he lands two blows in retaliation before I’ve even realised I’m in a fight…” Read the rest of the article here.

I remember getting a bus out to some mines, missing the stop, and standing on a dark polish country roadside for a couple hours. For a while I thought we were going to die there. Eventually a bus came and dropped us back, what a f*cking waste of time that was!

No, it was the wrong bus originally. And I knew it was the wrong bus, but you seemed to think everything was cool and I felt reassured by that. Only later did I realise that you were both totally wasted and not even listening to what I’d been saying.

“…When no one appears, I reluctantly step forward and she hands me the flower. I slide the stem into place and she nods absently but barely even notices me. She a thousand miles away”.
This sensitively observed extract only serves to confirms my belief that no matter how much we try to justify or indeed excuse any form of destructive human behaviour, there will always be people who have and people who will suffer as a result, very often in silence and despair. And how we are doomed to repeat history if we do not learn from it.
Or maybe, i’m just naive.
“In fact, most of them reckon that I’m the one causing the problem”.

Keep up the good work.
