This is funny

This is from a few years back, starring Jerry Seinfeld as himself and Patrick Warburton (who played David Puddy on the show) as the voice of Superman. Yes, it’s an American Express ad, but it’s rather amusing all the same. Part two is after the jump…

There’s a certain irony to some of Seinfeld’s comments in the first video. (“Will you stop with the reality television? …If I wanted reality I’d take the screen out of my television and look through the wooden box.”)

Since this commercial was made, Seinfeld executive produced his own reality TV show called The Marriage Ref, which was panned by the critics as “painfully bad” and subsequently canceled. Oh, Yes! Wyoming!

It’s kind of a trade mark of his, that wide-eyed kid running bit. Although he is in his fifties now he could get old even if the bit doesn’t.

I wonder what became of Jerrys Comedian film, according to Imdb it played the film festival in 2004. It was supposed to be really good. This is one of those times when “the pirates are out to get you, dont let them brand you with their mark”
    God that is so dated
