This enormous woman will devour us all.

enormous girl
Screw it, I’m going to the airport anyway. I’m off on holidays. Proper holidays this time. If you hear from me between now and September, I’m a sad, sad loser. In the mean time, if you haven’t visited this site in the last few weeks, this article is probably the funniest one you missed. (But you have to read the comments too.) This one is the most freakishly popular. (Ditto.) And this one actually caused someone I know in real life to come on and tell me I’m a wanker. (Ditto.) The other good news, before I head away, is that I finally found someone to take the spare room here. He turned up yesterday lunchtime in a taxi. Keen to move in immediately. Seemed a bit agitated. Name of Harry or Barry or something like that. Seems like a nice guy though. Yee-haw!

Haha, I think I’d check his references if I were you

  2. massey Says:

How many holidays have you taken already this summer?

  3. Eoin Says:

@ Kim – Ah, he’s grand. Sure, look at him there, with that little murderous twinkle in his eye!

@ Massey – The World Cup wasn’t a holiday. It was anything but.

Enjoy your holidays Butler. The Inception recommendations are coming in hard and fast by the way but I’m still holding out! You better be right on this one.

Thanks McGonigle. Re: Inception. It’s preposterous and silly and incredibly boring for long stretches. But it is watchable. Go along and see it, sure, and then come back and tell me I was right all along!

Hey, where are you going to? Noted you never replied to my text about mowing the lawn!
    Clare

  7. Eoin Says:

Hey Clare. Never got a text from you (although Mammy did forward the odd one from you without indicating that they were forwarded from a third party. I was wondering, what the hell is Mammy doing at the top of a 4600m mountain in Kenya?) But for the recored, I did mow your stupid lawn. You can thank me again. In Conal’s house in Amsterdam. I’ll send you an email sure!

Sorry I missed the coverage of Lolas birthday party. I did send a gift to the Maine Zikes so she will have it next month. Mother and child look lovely. You are such a good Uncle Eoin. We need to see more of Lola. Regards to all

Still holding out on Inception. Hope the holliers going well. What’s your favourite Irish film by the way, if you have one? Another chance to get your name into my thesis.
