Advertising campaigns by alcopop kings WKD continue to fascinate me. Here’s something I came across tonight, while out watching Liverpool in my new local. Quite how low, I’d love to know, do these marketing execs imagine the IQ of their average customer to be? Because the person this ad is aimed at would be doing well to tie his own shoelaces, let alone splash out wads of his disposable income on their disgusting product.

Drrgh – I’v dcphrd yr (ah screw this) comment, but I’m stuck on the word “mint.” Is it a superlative like “cool” or “rad” or whatever the kids say these days?

I dunno, it’s sort of something I always imagined a cocky english tosser might say. The sort of dude who would’ve appeared on Blind Date in the mid-90’s with spiky blond hair and a pink shirt with white cuffs.
